Risk Analysis
  • Perform Lyons’ Risk Reduction Audit to fully understand the exposures facing the client, including those assumed by law or contract
  • Evaluate the current coverage in the context of our assessment of the exposures
Insurance Program Design
  • Based on the results of the Risk Reduction Audit, develop renewal worksheets to capture accurate values and exposures
  • Make changes to the expiring insurance program to address the exposures identified during the Audit process
  • Develop "top of the pile" insurance specifications for submission to the marketplace
Marketing the Program
  • Discuss the insurance markets with the financial strength, service capabilities and underwriting appetite to suit the needs of the client
  • Involve Management in decisions relating to the renewal marketing strategy
  • Disseminate timely and complete submissions to the insurance marketplace
Proposal of Insurance
  • Provide an Executive Summary that highlights changes in program and price
  • Present a comprehensive summary of the terms and conditions of the proposed program
Servicing of the Program
  • Manage the program from a team concept to maximize access to Lyons’ staff
  • Provide binders, invoices, certificates of insurance, and automobile ID cards, and respond to all service requests in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Thoroughly check all insurance contracts to ensure their accuracy
  • Perform regular meetings to review the program and meet customer needs
